About Me

Hi, I’m Abbey! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and the founder and owner of Abbey Hearn Fit. I have experience leading adult training and bootcamp programs, as well as coaching youth through collegiate athletes in sports performance.

I graduated from Kutztown University in 2025 with a B.S. in Sport Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, where I also played women’s basketball. My background as a student-athlete taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and balance—principles I now bring into my coaching.

My passion for fitness, health, and overall wellness drives my supportive approach, helping clients make progress that lasts.
